Before each use wash with lukewarm water and neutral detergent, rinse well, then sterilize in boiling water during 5 minutes (do not wash in dishwasher). During sterilization the nipple can become full of water (which can be extracted just by pressing the nipple); this is normal and responds to the pacifiers’s nipple design which can better adapt to your baby’s oral cavity.
