Before each use (and the first use) it is essential that prior to sterilization, all parts are washed separately with lukewarm water and neutral detergent, rinse well (dishwasher safe). Then, sterilize in boiling water during 5 minutes. When cleaning the nipple with a brush or sponge, be careful not to go through the suction hole because it could be torn.
Attach handles to baby bottle. Once the baby feels comfortable holding the bottle this way; simply change the nipple for the non-spill spout. This change transforms the bottle into a non-spill cup and shall make easier the future incorporation of regular glasses. When you assemble it, place the nipple or the spout through the lower part of the screw cap and pull upwards until it clicks. Make sure that the bottle is well assembled before giving it to your baby. Shake the bottle after warming it so that the temperature is evenly distributed. When warming the bottle in warm water, dry it well before using. Do not overheat food because the baby could get burnt. ALWAYS check the food temperature before feeding your baby. Take into account that the spout is not suitable for juice with pulp, warm liquids or soft drinks. Some drops could spill if the bottle is abruptly shaken or if it is turned upside down.
