Keeping your Personal Information Accurate

BABELITO will respond to properly submitted applications within ten (10) business days from receipt of the application for data access, and five (5) business days from receipt of the application for data correction, updating or deletion.
An application for data deletion shall not be processed if such deletion might result in damage to legitimate third-party rights or interests, or if there is any legal obligation to preserve such data.
Lastly, it should be noted that the National Bureau of Personal Data Protection, the Controlling Body under Law 25,326, has the authority to address accusations and complaints filed in relation to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
